Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, and the sauce thickens.
- Return salmon to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the fillets.
