Description

A delightful dish combining rich salmon flavors with vibrant spinach in a comforting creamy sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, and the sauce thickens.
  5. Return salmon to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the fillets.
  6. Serve warm with your choice of sides.

Notes

Experiment with seasonings. Fresh herbs like dill or basil elevate the flavor, and toasted pine nuts add texture.
