Description

Quick and flavorful canned salmon patties that evoke nostalgia and bring comfort to your table.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (like parsley or dill)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flaked salmon, bread crumbs, onion, herbs, egg, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
