Ingredients
- 1 can of salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (like parsley or dill)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the flaked salmon, bread crumbs, onion, herbs, egg, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and let drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
Chill the patties in the fridge for 15-20 minutes before frying for better shape retention.
