Description

A quick and satisfying seafood dish featuring garlic butter and large shrimp, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 lemons (sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted or thinly sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (or air fryer to 375°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, diced garlic, Italian seasoning, fresh cracked pepper, and sea salt if desired.
  3. If baking, lay lemon slices in a baking dish. If air frying, lay lemon slices in the air fryer basket.
  4. Arrange shrimp on top of the lemon slices, then drizzle the butter mixture over them.
  5. For the oven, bake for 10-12 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque. For the air fryer, air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.

Notes

For best results, use fresh shrimp and monitor cooking closely to avoid overcooking.
