Description

A delicious honey garlic butter baked salmon that comes together in just 25 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each, skin on or off)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, pepper, and salt until combined.
  4. Spoon the honey garlic butter mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve immediately, preferably with rice or steamed vegetables.

Notes

For a deeper flavor, consider marinating the fillets in the glaze for a short time before baking.
