A delicious honey garlic butter baked salmon that comes together in just 25 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each, skin on or off)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, pepper, and salt until combined.
- Spoon the honey garlic butter mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately, preferably with rice or steamed vegetables.
Notes
For a deeper flavor, consider marinating the fillets in the glaze for a short time before baking.
