Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hot dog rolls or brioche rolls
- Butter for toasting
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
- Chopped chives or celery (optional)
Instructions
- In a pot, boil shrimp until they are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Chop the cooled shrimp and fold it into the mayonnaise mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and butter the rolls. Toast them until golden brown on both sides.
- If using, place lettuce leaves in the rolls and spoon the shrimp mixture on top.
- Garnish with chopped chives or celery if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
