Description

A creamy smoked salmon dip that brings the essence of coastal living to your gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
  • 4 ounces of chopped smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of drained capers
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, smoked salmon, dill, lemon juice, capers, and garlic powder.
  2. Use a hand mixer or fork to blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  5. Serve with crackers, veggies, or bread.

Notes

Consider adding sour cream or Greek yogurt for a lighter dip. Leftovers taste even better after a day in the fridge.
