Ingredients
- 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
- 4 ounces of chopped smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of drained capers
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, smoked salmon, dill, lemon juice, capers, and garlic powder.
- Use a hand mixer or fork to blend until smooth and well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Serve with crackers, veggies, or bread.
Notes
