Ingredients
- 4 flounder fillets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the flounder fillets with salt and pepper.
- Prepare a shallow dish with flour and another with beaten eggs.
- Dip each fillet into the flour, shaking off excess, followed by the egg wash.
- Melt butter in the skillet over medium heat, ensuring it doesn’t brown.
- Add the flounder fillets and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the fish from the skillet and add minced garlic to the remaining butter, cooking until fragrant.
