Ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat (fresh or canned)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 green onions (finely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- To taste: salt and pepper
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg (beaten)
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
- Form the Mixture: Take a small amount of the mixture and shape it into bite-sized balls or patties.
- Coat with Breadcrumbs: Dip each patty into the beaten egg, allowing excess egg to drip off. Next, coat them in seasoned breadcrumbs, ensuring an even layer covers each piece.
