Description

A simple weeknight meal featuring flaky cod marinated in a sweet and savory honey and soy sauce glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound cod fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
