A comforting and flavorful crustless tuna quiche that combines tuna, eggs, and vegetables into a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Stir in the tuna, cheese, onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
