  • Garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (2.5 grams)

  • Black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) (1.25 grams)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut wonton wrappers into triangles.
  3. Wrap each triangle around a cone mold to form a cone shape.
  4. Fry wonton cones in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove cones and drain on paper towels.
  6. Season shrimp with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
