Ingredients

  • 1 pound (454 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined (450 grams)
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s olive oil (30 milliliters)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder (5 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) onion powder (5 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) paprika (5 grams)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup (240 ml) Alfredo sauce (240 milliliters)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) shredded moz zarella cheese (100 grams)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) grated Parmesan cheese (25 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh parsley (15 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) butter (14 grams)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
  5. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Warm tortillas in a microwave or skillet for about 20 seconds until pliable.
  7. Spread 2 tablespoons of Alfredo sauce down the center of each tortilla.
  8. Place 3-4 cooked shrimp on top of the Alfredo sauce.
  9. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp.
  10. Roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you roll.
  11. Place rolled burritos seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  12. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  13. Brush melted butter over the tops of the burritos.
  14. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until tortillas are crispy and golden.
  15. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
  16. Serve warm and enjoy.
