Ingredients
- 1 pound (454 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined (450 grams)
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s olive oil (30 milliliters)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder (5 grams)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) onion powder (5 grams)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) paprika (5 grams)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup (240 ml) Alfredo sauce (240 milliliters)
- 1 cup (240 ml) shredded moz zarella cheese (100 grams)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) grated Parmesan cheese (25 grams)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh parsley (15 grams)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) butter (14 grams)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
- Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- Warm tortillas in a microwave or skillet for about 20 seconds until pliable.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of Alfredo sauce down the center of each tortilla.
- Place 3-4 cooked shrimp on top of the Alfredo sauce.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you roll.
- Place rolled burritos seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Brush melted butter over the tops of the burritos.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until tortillas are crispy and golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
