Description

Enjoy delightful crispy salmon tacos filled with flavorful salmon and topped with zesty slaw. A perfect dish for gatherings with family and friends!

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless salmon fillets
  • 8 taco shells or tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup freshly grated carrots
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Spices: cumin and paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices.
  3. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.
  4. While the salmon is cooking, prepare the slaw by combining shredded cabbage, grated carrots, lime juice, mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), and chopped cilantro in a bowl. Mix well.
  5. Once the salmon is done, flake it into pieces with a fork.
  6. Assemble the tacos by placing the salmon in taco shells or tortillas and topping them with the zesty slaw.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a low-carb option, consider using lettuce wraps instead of taco shells or tortillas. Freshness is key for optimal flavor.
