Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless salmon fillets
- 8 taco shells or tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup freshly grated carrots
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Spices: cumin and paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.
- While the salmon is cooking, prepare the slaw by combining shredded cabbage, grated carrots, lime juice, mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), and chopped cilantro in a bowl. Mix well.
- Once the salmon is done, flake it into pieces with a fork.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the salmon in taco shells or tortillas and topping them with the zesty slaw.
