A delightful dish of salmon fillets topped with a crunchy Parmesan and panko mixture, baked to perfection with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the salmon fillets skin-side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Press the breadcrumb mixture generously on top of each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges for added flavor.
Notes
For extra crunch, consider broiling for the last minute of cooking.
