Description

A delightful dish of salmon fillets topped with a crunchy Parmesan and panko mixture, baked to perfection with minimal effort.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange the salmon fillets skin-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Press the breadcrumb mixture generously on top of each fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
