Description

  • 4 salmon fillets (skin-on)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Gather all ingredients, wash and pat dry the salmon fillets, and prepare the minced garlic.
  2. Make the Honey Garlic Glaze: In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Sear the Salmon: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon fillets skin-side down and sear for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Glaze and Finish Cooking: Flip the fillets and brush with the honey garlic glaze. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  5. Serve and Garnish: Remove salmon, drizzle with remaining glaze, and top with chopped green onions.
