Ingredients
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup buttermilk
- Oil for frying
- Cajun ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Combine chopped onions with buttermilk and let sit for 15 minutes.
