Description

Delicious crispy salmon bites coated in panko and served with a spicy-sweet Bang Bang sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Dip each piece of salmon first in flour, then in eggs, and finally coat with panko.
  5. Fry the salmon bites until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and soy sauce to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  7. Serve the salmon bites hot, drizzled with the sauce and garnished with green onions.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider adding crushed cornflakes to the panko mix. Adjust the sriracha sauce for less spice if desired.
