Deliciously crispy salmon bites paired with a creamy and spicy Bang Bang sauce, perfect as an appetizer or main course.
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
- Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each salmon piece in flour, dip into the egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the salmon bites in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Serve the crispy salmon bites warm with the sauce on the side.
