Ingredients
- 4 pieces of white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the fish fillets with melted butter and drizzle with olive oil.
- Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each fillet to create an even crust.
- Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through, and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
