Description

A delightful weeknight meal featuring crispy baked fish fillets that bring both flavor and crunch to your dinner table.


Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the fish fillets with melted butter and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each fillet to create an even crust.
  5. Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through, and the crust is golden brown.
