Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • Juice of ½ lemon or more to taste
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Lightly season the shrimp with salt and Creole seasoning.
  2. Heat the butter over medium heat in a medium skillet.
  3. Add the shrimp and sauté for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until they are pink and opaque.
