Description

A luxurious and flavorful shrimp linguine dish infused with garlic, tomatoes, and a rich cream sauce, perfect for family gatherings or a special occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of linguine
  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet, cooking until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and spinach until spinach wilts.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Toss in the cooked linguine, mixing well to coat the pasta with the sauce.
  7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes when sautéing the garlic.
