Ingredients
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (Adjust to taste)
- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the cooked lobster meat and red pepper flakes; warm through for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, allowing it to simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until melted and creamy. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Fold in cooked fettuccine, coating evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
