Description

A luxurious creamy spicy lobster pasta that captures the essence of coastal dining with rich flavors and satisfying textures.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (Adjust to taste)
  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the cooked lobster meat and red pepper flakes; warm through for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, allowing it to simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until melted and creamy. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  6. Fold in cooked fettuccine, coating evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
