Ingredients
- 2 red snapper fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and Creole seasoning.
- Add the red snapper fillets and cook until they are opaque, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
