Description

A rich and comforting dish featuring perfectly cooked shrimp in a creamy sauce, perfect for special occasions or cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup brandy or sherry
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
