Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brandy or sherry
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3–4 minutes.
- Carefully add the brandy or sherry and let it simmer for a minute.
- Stir in the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice, cooking until the sauce is thick and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
