Description

A comforting seafood dish featuring shrimp and scallops in a rich, creamy sauce served with pasta.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb scallops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet, cooking until they are opaque and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta with the shrimp and scallop mixture until well combined.
  7. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For an extra kick of flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes along with the garlic. You can also incorporate spinach or tomatoes for added nutrition.
