Ingredients
- 1 pound (454 g) (450 grams) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounce (227 g) s (225 grams) lump crab meat
- 1 can (8 ounce (227 g) s/225 grams) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup (240 ml) (240 milliliters) heavy cream
- 1 cup (240 ml) (100 grams) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (30 grams) unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams) Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (2.5 grams) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) (1.25 grams) black pepper
- 1 cup (240 ml) (100 grams) shredded moz zarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 grams) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) (60 milliliters) milk
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (8 grams) chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the flour and cook for another minute, until well combined.
- Gradually whisk in the heavy cream and milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Fold in the cooked shrimp and lump crab meat into the sauce.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- Arrange the crescent roll triangles in a greased baking dish, pressing the seams together to form a crust.
- Spoon the shrimp and crab Alfredo mixture over the crescent roll crust.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the crescent roll crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
