Ingredients

  • 1 pound (454 g) (450 grams) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounce (227 g) s (225 grams) lump crab meat
  • 1 can (8 ounce (227 g) s/225 grams) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup (240 ml) (240 milliliters) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (240 ml) (100 grams) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (30 grams) unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams) Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (2.5 grams) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) (1.25 grams) black pepper
  • 1 cup (240 ml) (100 grams) shredded moz zarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 grams) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) (60 milliliters) milk
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (8 grams) chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  6. Stir in the flour and cook for another minute, until well combined.
  7. Gradually whisk in the heavy cream and milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  8. Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  9. Fold in the cooked shrimp and lump crab meat into the sauce.
  10. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  11. Arrange the crescent roll triangles in a greased baking dish, pressing the seams together to form a crust.
  12. Spoon the shrimp and crab Alfredo mixture over the crescent roll crust.
  13. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  14. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the crescent roll crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
