  • 2 tablespoons (28 g) unsalted butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz (227 g) cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups (480 ml) beef broth
  • 1 cup (240 ml) coconut cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup (115 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 oz (340 g) cooked chicken, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz (227 g) fish fillet
  • 1/4 cup (15 g) fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  5. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add the sliced cremini mushrooms and chopped red bell pepper; sauté until softened.
  7. Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir to coat evenly.
  8. Gradually pour in the chicken broth, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
  9. Add the heavy cream and continue to stir until smooth.
  10. Season the sauce with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried thyme.
  11. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  12. Add the cooked shrimp and crab meat to the sauce, mixing well.
  13. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce and seafood mixture.
  14. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
