Ingredients
- 12 oz (340 g) spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons (28 g) unsalted butter

- 8 oz (227 g) cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup (30 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 cups (480 ml) beef broth
- 1 cup (240 ml) coconut cream
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) dried thyme
- 1/4 cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup (115 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 oz (340 g) cooked chicken, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz (227 g) fish fillet
- 1/4 cup (15 g) fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the sliced cremini mushrooms and chopped red bell pepper; sauté until softened.
- Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir to coat evenly.
- Gradually pour in the chicken broth, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
- Add the heavy cream and continue to stir until smooth.
- Season the sauce with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried thyme.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Add the cooked shrimp and crab meat to the sauce, mixing well.
- Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce and seafood mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
