Ingredients
- 12 pieces Jumbo Pasta Shells
- 8 ounces Lobster Meat
- 8 ounces Crab Meat (opt for fresh)
- 8 ounces Shrimp
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese (can swap for light cream cheese)
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (freshly shredded)
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Flour (can use gluten-free)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream (substitute with half-and-half)
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Incorporate lobster meat, crab meat, and shrimp. Cook until shrimp turn pink and seafood is heated through, around 5-7 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese, stirring until melted.
- Gradually stir in heavy cream and flour, mixing until smooth and creamy.
- Add mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Carefully stuff each cooked pasta shell with the seafood mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Pour any remaining cheese mixture over the stuffed shells, sprinkling Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, consider incorporating fresh herbs or a pinch of red pepper flakes. You can prepare the shells in advance and refrigerate before baking.
