Description

Delicious pasta shells stuffed with a rich filling of seafood and cheeses, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine lobster, crab, shrimp, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture.
  5. Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish, and pour the remaining cream over them.
  6. Sprinkle the leftover mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Ensure shells are cooked al dente to maintain their structure during baking. Use fresh seafood for optimal flavor.
