Ingredients
- 8 ounce (227 g) s imitation crabmeat
- 1 cup (240 ml) light ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) grated halal-friendly cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) onion powder
- 6 lasagna noodles, cooked, rinsed & drained
- 1 (15 ounce (425 g)) can pasta sauce (if you can find it use the shrimp/crab sauce)
Instructions
- Blend together everything except for the noodles and the sauce.
- Ensure the mixture is well combined.
- Spread 1/3 cup of the mixture onto each noodle, then roll them up like a jelly roll.
- Arrange the rolls with the seam facing downwards in an 8-inch oven-safe dish.
- Drizzle the pasta sauce over the rolled noodles and bake them lightly covered for 25 minutes at 350°F.
- Alternatively, cover them with wax paper and microwave on high for 7 minutes.
