Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the salmon fillets and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and flake into pieces.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Combine the cooked pasta and flaked salmon with the cream sauce. Toss gently to coat.
- Serve warm, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
