Description

A comforting pasta dish that combines flaky salmon, fresh spinach, and a rich cream sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 8 ounces of pasta
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the salmon fillets and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and flake into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta and flaked salmon with the cream sauce. Toss gently to coat.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Consider adding a squeeze of lemon juice before serving for an extra burst of flavor. Use a non-stick skillet to reduce sticking and ease cleanup.
