A comforting and indulgent salmon pasta dish featuring a creamy garlic sauce and fresh spinach.
Ingredients
- Pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- Salmon fillets
- Fresh spinach
- Cream (heavy or light)
- Garlic (minced)
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add salmon fillets to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and flake.
- In the same pan, add fresh spinach and sauté until wilted.
- Stir in the cream and bring to a simmer. Add the flaked salmon and cooked pasta, mixing until combined.
- Finish with lemon juice and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.

For variations, swap out salmon for another fish or seafood or include other vegetables like sun-dried tomatoes or mushrooms for added texture.
