Description

A delightful pasta dish featuring a creamy sauce made with Parmesan, capers, and a hint of lemon, perfect for a comforting weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • Pasta of choice
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Capers
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add capers and red pepper flakes, cooking for a couple of minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
