A luxurious creamy lobster pasta that combines the rich flavors of succulent lobster meat, heavy cream, and sharp Parmesan cheese over perfectly cooked pasta.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 8 oz lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the lobster meat and Parmesan cheese, stirring until well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the lobster cream sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Use fresh lobster meat for the best flavor. Reserve pasta water for adjusting sauce consistency if needed.
