Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the cooked lobster meat to the skillet and gently warm for 3–4 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stir until the sauce thickens slightly, and mix in the Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Toss the drained fettuccine into the sauce, coating it evenly.
- Finish with a splash of lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with chopped basil before serving.
