Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add cooked lobster meat to the skillet and warm gently for about 3–4 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring until slightly thickened; mix in Parmesan until smooth.
- Toss the drained fettuccine into the sauce, coating it evenly.
- Finish with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garnish with chopped basil before serving.
