Description

A rich and indulgent lobster pasta dish combining tender lobster tails, fettuccine, and a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add cooked lobster meat to the skillet and warm gently for about 3–4 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring until slightly thickened; mix in Parmesan until smooth.
  5. Toss the drained fettuccine into the sauce, coating it evenly.
  6. Finish with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garnish with chopped basil before serving.
