Ingredients

- 1 pound (450 g) cooked lobster meat, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon s (8 g) chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the linguine to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the linguine and set aside, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
