  • 1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound (450 g) cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon s (8 g) chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the linguine to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Drain the linguine and set aside, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
  4. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  5. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Add the chopped lobster meat to the sauce and stir to combine.
