Ingredients
- 4 Salmon fillets
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon zest
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper and cook in the skillet until golden and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove salmon and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice, zest, and capers, stirring to combine.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return salmon to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor. Adjust garlic amount for preference. Consider adding crushed red pepper flakes for extra heat.
