Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper and cook in the skillet until golden and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Remove salmon and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add lemon juice, zest, and capers, stirring to combine.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Return salmon to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor. Adjust garlic amount for preference. Consider adding crushed red pepper flakes for extra heat.
