Description

A luxurious dish featuring tender salmon, creamy sauce, and linguini, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguini
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add salmon fillets, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the salmon is flaky. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest; stir and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces and add it to the sauce along with cooked linguini. Mix well to coat.
  6. Finish with chopped parsley, adjust seasoning if needed, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes while sautéing garlic.
