Description

A rich and flavorful dish combining creamy herb rice with succulent garlic butter shrimp, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (like thyme or parsley)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh herbs for garnish


Instructions

  1. Melt the butter over medium heat in a large skillet.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
