Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (like thyme or parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- Pour in the heavy cream and add the dried herbs, stirring to combine.
