Description

A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring succulent shrimp and aromatic garlic, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
