A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring succulent shrimp and aromatic garlic, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces of pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve garnished with chopped parsley.

For a spicier kick, consider adding red pepper flakes during the garlic sautéing step.
