Ingredients
- 200g pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 200g salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the salmon fillet, cooking on both sides until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Flake the cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces and add it to the sauce.
- Combine the pasta with the sauce, tossing to coat thoroughly.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
