Description

A luxurious blend of shrimp and fettuccine enveloped in a creamy garlic butter sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cook until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine and shrimp back into the skillet, tossing everything together to combine.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
