Description
Deliciously simple creamy garlic butter salmon bites infused with a blend of garlic, paprika, and a rich buttery sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Optional: Steamed cauliflower rice or regular rice
- Optional: Extra parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Toss the salmon bites with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the salmon bites to the skillet and sear for about 2–3 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
- Remove the salmon and set it aside.
- Melt the butter in the same skillet and sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the cream and lemon juice, simmering for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the seared salmon to the pan, coating it in the creamy garlic butter sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve over cauliflower rice or greens.
Notes
Ensure salmon is at room temperature before cooking for even results. Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding the skillet.
