Description

Decadent and rich, these creamy garlic butter lobster tails are perfect for special occasions and a nostalgic taste of coastal family meals.


Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice, then mix in paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Split the lobster tails down the center with kitchen shears and spread them open. Place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the lobster tails.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
