Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice, then mix in paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Split the lobster tails down the center with kitchen shears and spread them open. Place in a baking dish.
- Pour the garlic butter sauce over the lobster tails.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
