This delightful creamy Biscoff banana pudding combines smooth pudding, ripe bananas, and crunchy Biscoff cookies for a nostalgic dessert experience.
Ingredients
- 1 package Biscoff cookies
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, instant vanilla pudding mix, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth. Allow to thicken for a few minutes.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the pudding mixture.
- In a trifle dish or individual cups, layer Biscoff cookies, sliced bananas, and the pudding mixture. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with pudding on top.
- Crush some Biscoff cookies and sprinkle on top for garnish.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
