Description

This delightful creamy Biscoff banana pudding combines smooth pudding, ripe bananas, and crunchy Biscoff cookies for a nostalgic dessert experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Biscoff cookies
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, instant vanilla pudding mix, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth. Allow to thicken for a few minutes.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the pudding mixture.
  3. In a trifle dish or individual cups, layer Biscoff cookies, sliced bananas, and the pudding mixture. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with pudding on top.
  4. Crush some Biscoff cookies and sprinkle on top for garnish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

Consider chilling your dessert longer than 2 hours for enhanced flavor. Use cold heavy cream for better whipping results.
