  • 4 halibut fillets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill or parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
