Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined (450 g)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened (225 g)
  • 1/2 cup cranberries, chopped (50 g)
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (15 ml)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.5 g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1.5 g)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (15 g)
  • 24 mini phyllo shells


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the shrimp on a baking sheet.
  3. Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper.
  4. Bake the shrimp in the oven for 8-10 minutes, until pink and cooked through.
  5. Remove the shrimp from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  6. Chop the cooked shrimp into small pieces.
