Ingredients
- 8 oz (227 g) fresh mushrooms
- 4 oz (113 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (50 g) cooked beef meat
- 1/4 cup (30 g) dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup (25 g) grated vegetable cheese
- 2 tablespoons (30 g) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) onion powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
- Arrange the mushroom caps on a baking sheet, gill side up.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add the cooked crab meat to the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in the chopped cranberries, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the crab mixture, pressing gently.
