Ingredients

- 1/2 cup cooked beef meat (120 g)
- Vegetable oil for frying
- For the Lime Aioli:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (120 g)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon lime zest (2 g)
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.

- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
